We did a Violitionist Sessions during the spring and the videos/interview has been posted! We play Turbo Stasis, We Did Not Need to Open It to Know It Was There, and Water. The people who run these sessions are wonderful and have hosted many bands much more talented than us, so run through their archive after you watch/read ours! <3
We have been weekend warrioring the crap out of this LP, but we are proud to announce that the music portion is now recorded! Take a gander at this here board for proof.
While you are there, look at our stupid pet names for our tracks, lol. You will also note that there are 13 total tracks, but 11 are on the album and those bonus two are for imports, special versions, etc.
I have a weird process where I don’t write lyrics/vocals until the music is recorded, so it’ll still be a bit but we are trying to keep you all updated. Admittedly, I am bad at that, so I will try to be better, haha.ALSO, NAME ONE OTHER BAND THAT HAS A CAPO CHART ON THEIR BOARD, LULZZZ.
So we’re finally headed back to Boston and are still over the moon with how well our showcases with Count Your Lucky Stars and Light & Noise went over. We can’t thank everyone enough for helping, playing or coming out to enjoy it.

And that’s just half the acts performing at day one of what might be SXSW’s strongest showcase event. You could be excused for spending your entire day there; I know I’ll be tempted to.

This has been a long time coming and really stressful to put together (much more than usual), but we’ve finally got almost everything confirmed for our SXSW showcase(s) which we’re hosting with Light & Noise and Count Your Lucky Stars. Both shows are free, all ages, BYOB, will have free exclusive limited 7” records featuring tracks from Slingshot Dakota and Duck. Little Brother, Duck! (courtesy of Gotta Groove Records), free 11x17 screen printed posters (of the designs featured below — courtesy of Panic Printing) and we’re workin’ on the free noms for y’all, don’t worry!
