explodingdragons:

Band: A Great Big Pile Of Leaves.
Album: Boom 12” EP and Zoom (Live From The Living Room - Volume One) 7” EP.
Favourite Tracks: This Is A Country Song, Drought Of Snow, Learning Curves.
Time and Place: 22nd of January, 2012. Newbury Comics, Boston.
Thoughts: They’re so pretty! Translucent purple and blue! These EPs are mostly rereleased songs from Have You Seen My Prefrontal Cortex? and The Fiery Works but they’ve been revisited! They’ve stripped down to acoustic guitars and brushed drums, but it’s just as beautiful. I really like this version of “Drought Of Snow”. And “Learning Curves” is a wonderful new track! The B-side of Boom has the most wonderful etching but it doesn’t show up well on camera :(
